The Member Formation Committee builds on the welfare and development of members into member-advocates through different efforts that cater to one’s personal growth in the organization. The committee oversees various activities that aim to foster the potential of Gabayanos through formation sessions, talent discovery and enhancement, and creative audio-visual content management.

YEAR-LONG INITIATIVES

Chill

Chill is a weekly group meeting with other Gabayanos facilitated by a Chill head. Following a set of modules, the meetings revolve around themes like reflection, sharing insights, relaxation, and taking the time to escape from the noise of life.

GaBand

GaBand is one of the talent pools under the Member Formation Committee. It aims to provide an avenue for members to develop their talents and skills in singing, playing different musical instrument, and performing on stage.

Gabay Awesome Dancers (GADS) aims to provide an avenue for members to express their passion and their enthusiasm when it comes to dancing.

GHosts

GHosts is Gabay's official hosting pool which aims to provide an avenue for members to showcase their communication skills and channel their energies to members during events.

The official Youtube channel of Ateneo Gabay caters to the development of a consistent identity of the organization in establishing its online presence through the ideation, creation, and dissemination of multimedia content online.

Semestral General Assembly

The Semestral General Assembly presents Gabay's activities and goals for the semester to the organization's members.

Gabay Orientation Seminar (GOrsem)

Gabay Orientation Seminar (GOrsem)

The Gabay Orientation Seminar is the introductory event for all the new members where they get to learn about Gabay's projects, efforts, and advocacy. It's where they're officially inducted as Gabayanos. Erya's new alternative initiative, Erya Hotline, will also be introduced here.

Online GR

Online Gabay Room (GR) is the weekly virtual "tambayan" where members gather to relax, play games with each other, and serves as an avenue as well to instill advocacy.

Talent Week

Talent Week is a week-long project that aims to showcase the different talents of Gabayanos and share it with the community. It is a time to appreciate that Gabayanos don't simply excel in academics but are also full of talent and passion left to be discovered.
