ATENEO GABAY'S COMMITTEES

The Executive Council

The Executive Council comprises half of the Executive Committee. Called the committee heads, the five members of the Executive Council spearhead the projects, initiatives, and systems specific to their committees as they cater to a specific sector of Ateneo Gabay. With Gabay's advocacy in mind, the committee heads ensure that their undertakings contribute to providing opportunities for quality education to Atenean Scholars, public elementary school kids, and even the members of Ateneo Gabay and the Loyola Schools student body in general.

Take a look at the four committees of Ateneo Gabay and their various projects and initiatives for the academic year 2021-2022.
Academics Committee
The Academics Committee has the constitutional mandate to realize the academic potential of LS Scholars and Gabayanos through its three arms - Academic Events, Academic Resources, and Internal Affairs.
Education Operations Committee
The Education Operations Committee fulfills Gabay's advocacy towards public elementary school kids through the implementation of the Gabay Erya Formation Program (GEFP).
Member Formation Committee
The Member Formation Committee builds on the welfare and development of members into member-advocates through different efforts that cater to one's personal growth in the organization. The committee oversees various activities that aim to foster the potential of Gabayanos through formation sessions, talent discovery and enhancement, and creative audio-visual content management.
Scholars' Adjustment Committee
The Scholars' Adjustment Committee serves as the forefront in fulfilling Gabay's advocacy towards Atenean Scholars. The committee builds an informed, active, and engaged LS Scholars' community by providing projects that support and contribute to the scholars' psychosocial adjustment in the Ateneo. In the online university setup, the activities of the committee have become more important than ever to help scholars adjust to the extremely challenging college experience that is ahead of them.
