True to their word, the deputies for Human Resource Management and Development constantly
develop initiatives for members to hone their skills as leaders and advocates. One of these
intiatives include the Transit leadership program usually launched during the second semester
where Executive Committee officers serve as mentors for aspiring Gabay leaders. Aside from
this, a new feedback management system is developed with the help of the Office of the
Secretary-General to allow for a better evaluation of the core teams performance during the
project period.
