The Office of the Finance Officer ensures that the financial aspects within the organization are maintained and monitored sustainably and accurately. The office handles the finances of Ateneo Gabay's projects and spearheads fundraising events throughout the school year to strengthen the organization's financial position.

ONE-TIME INITIATIVES

Caroling

Considered to be one of Gabay's established traditions, Gabay Caroling is a Christmas season fundraising project that fosters a sense of community among Gabayanos old and new, the Loyola schools community, and other external affiliates. Members of the organization sing Christmas favorites for contacts both nationwide and overseas in an effort to spread the Christmas spirit and cheer.

Art for a Cause

Art for a Cause

An exciting fundraising event, in collaboration with the Scholar's Adjustment committee, to help finance the most-awaited project for Gabay's scholar sector: the annual Scholars' Week. This revenue-generating project encourages gabayanos and scholar artists to share their artworks by selling cute and adorable art products such as stickers and postcards to the Ateneo community and beyond.

This fundraiser, in collaboration with the Education Operations Committee, aims to provide ERYA kids with basic school supplies that will aid their distance learning and groceries for their daily needs by selling different crafts that will bring the Ateneo and Gabay culture closer to our homes.

OFO Fundraiser

This is a fundraising project conducted during the second semester that aims to provide Gabay the necessary funds to further extend its mission in future projects. This is a month-long venture of selling various products designed by the members across online platforms, connecting Gabay's goals to the rest of the country.
