Vision

Tinatanaw ng Gabay na maging isang komunidad ng tao-para-sa-kapwa na nagtataya para sa pagkamit at pagtamasa ng bawat indibidwal ng de-kalidad na edukasyon at scholarship.

Misyon

Mission

Itinataguyod ng Gabay ang pagkahubog at pagkakapatiran ng mga kasapi nito para maging daan sila sa kolektibong pagkilos ng samahan tungo sa pagpapatibay ng mga kakayahang magpapalawig sa oportunidad pang-edukasyon at pan-scholarship ng mga sektor nito—ang mga iskolar ng Ateneo at ang mga mag-aaral ng mga katuwang nitong pampublikong paaralan. Kabilang sa pagkilos ng Gabay para sa mga sektor nito ang paglinang sa kakayahang pang-akademiko nila, pagtugon sa pangangailangang pampakikipag-ugnayan o pampakikiangkop nila, at pagpapalaganap ng pagkilala sa halaga at kalagayan ng pagtaguyod ng edukasyon at scholarship sa Pilipinas.

Objectives

Ateneo Scholars

Magbigay ng suportang pang-akademiko sa mga kasapi at iskolar sa pamamagitan ng direktang serbisyong pang-akademiko, pagtulong sa kanila na maiangkop ang sarili sa komunidad ng Gabay at Ateneo, at paggabay sa kanilang pagtubong ispiritwal.

Erya Kids

Mapalawak at mapalalim ang panlipunang kamalayan ng mga kasapi, at direktang matugunan ang tawag ng lipunan sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng suportang pang-akademiko sa mga mag-aaral mula sa mababang pampublikong paaralan.

Gabayanos

Mabigyan ng kahandaan ang mga kasapi sa pamamagitan ng paglinang ng iba pang kasanayan at kakayahan.

Our thrust for the year is, “To ease Ateneo Gabay into the new normal by reimagining the implementation of its advocacy in service of Atenean scholars and public elementary school students.”

Members Involvement

To instill the organization’s advocacy within members through committed and effective implementation of existing human resource management and development efforts

Financial Management

To ensure maximization of the organization’s limited financial resources by monitoring the cash flows of current efforts and new initiatives

Internal Communication

To utilize and explore information dissemination platforms in identifying and addressing our sectors’ needs.

Externalization

To strengthen the communication of Gabay’s advocacy for quality education and assert its role in the current realities of the Ateneo and the Philippines
